My experience spans banking, development projects and public-sector reform in Uzbekistan, including assignments supported by ADB, the World Bank and UNDP. I have worked across energy, water and sanitation, education, agriculture and public finance.
Earlier in my career, I worked in corporate banking and transaction services at ABN AMRO and supported U.S. Department of the Treasury technical assistance on bank privatization and tax reform.
